Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy on our training leotards only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Skirted leotards and all competition leotards for gymnastics and aerobics cannot be exchanged or refunded at anytime for any reason as these are made to order and when purchasing you are committing to booking that time slot allocated to your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at kcleotards@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Each product we make is individually handmade with care and attention to detail. Before shipping, every item is thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets our high-quality standards. For this reason, it is very unlikely that a faulty product will be sent.
However, if you believe your item is faulty upon arrival, please contact us immediately. You must provide clear photographs showing the issue so we can assess and resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Please note: Claims for faulty items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Colour discrepancy
Leotards may have colour differences from your monitor screen. When making a purchase you are agreeing to accept colours may be different to your monitor/screen.
when order the same design weeks apart, this may be printed on a new roll of fabric. We cannot guarantee the exact same colours if printing on a new roll. There may be some slight differences to your previous order.
Colour changes to website designs
All design on the website are under the copyright of kc leotards. You can request kc leotards to colour change the designs however the design still remains under the copyright of kc leotards.
Crystals
Crystals can fall off at anytime. Due to the nature of the way crystals are applied (glued) we can not be responsible for any crystals that fall off.
If you are purchasing a new leotard that needs to match an existing leotard please let us know so we can make sure we copy your original leotard to match. We take no responsibility if crystal placement is different to a previous order as all our leotards are crystalled by hand and each group is done differently.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products , skirted leotards, club orders, personalised items, leotards made to measure, leotards with a selected amount of crystals applied.Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
